Sorry I'm late
but it's been a long four days
been hard at work;
there was no time for play.
but now that I am done
I can just rest
knowing I've helped someone.
**What can you say in 160 characters?? If you're up for the challenge, check out Monkey Man from blogs I love...
Knowing you've helped someone must be a satisfying feeling! When I leave my job, it's with the feeling that I've just helped someone richer than me get even MORE richer than me...
ReplyDeleteHmmm...maybe time for a career change!
Glad you took time out for yourself (and your 160!)

ReplyDeleteI am a pediatric critical care transport nurse. I get to work with babies and little children all the time (and their parents). Unfortunately, we deal with a lot of sick ones, but I love checking up on them and watching them get better!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for visiting my blog and leaving a comment. Love meeting new bloggers.
ReplyDeleteLiked your 160. I could relate. I have been so busy this week and weekend and a lot of it has been spent helping others who have been put in my life.
Tired, but happy,

Wow, "Ms. Heart"...what an incredible job you have! I can't imagine the highs and lows that must be a part of your daily life. The world needs more people like you...not everyone's heart is big enough to take on a challenge like this.
ReplyDeleteBless you,
ReplyDeleteyou are kind enough to help!
Knowing you've helped someone. That is always a good feeling. Well done - contributing a Sunday 160 even when you are busy. Thank you.
